• When you enquire: your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue, guest numbers and any details you share about your plans, whether through our website, by email, by phone or on social media.

• When you book with us: contact and billing details, and the information we need to plan and manage your wedding, such as supplier details, timelines, ceremony plans, your wedding party and family details, your table plan and guest list.

• Dietary and accessibility information: where you share guests' dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility needs, we use this only to pass on to your venue and relevant suppliers so they can be catered for safely.

• Photographs: images of your wedding provided by your photographer or taken by our team.

• Website information: basic information about how visitors use our website, collected through cookies (see below).

How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and send you information about our services

• plan, coordinate and manage your wedding or event

• communicate with your venue and suppliers on your behalf

• issue invoices and manage payments

• keep records for accounting and legal purposes

• improve our website

We will only use your wedding photographs on our website, social media or in wedding publications with your permission, and with credit to your photographer.

We will never sell your personal information or use it for marketing that you have not agreed to.

Our Legal Basis
We process your information because it is necessary to respond to your enquiry and carry out our services for you, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and, where relevant, with your consent (for example, sharing guests' dietary or accessibility needs, or featuring your wedding). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who We Share Your Information With
We share only what is needed, and only with:

• your venue and the suppliers involved in your wedding

• trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), email and document storage (Google Workspace), video calls (Zoom) and our accountant

• authorities where we are legally required to

Some of these providers may store information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they are required to protect it to the standards set out in EU data protection law.

How Long We Keep Your Information

• Enquiries that do not go ahead: up to 1 month, then deleted

• Client planning information: up to 6 months after your wedding

• Financial records: 6 years, as required by Irish tax law

Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you

• ask us to correct or update it

• ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it

• object to or restrict how we use it

• receive a copy of it in a portable format

• withdraw your consent at any time
